Synopsis
在抗秦的怒潮中，出现了两位胆识过人的乱世英雄刘邦、项羽。他俩本为好兄弟，后来却反目成仇，在霸业及爱情上决一雌雄。 韩信及张良因缘际会，惺惺相惜，惟未被羽赏识，但信仍深为其主，而良则改投刘邦，两人分道扬镳。及后萧何推荐信给邦，信终能一展所长，并与良合力助邦成大业。 自古英雄爱美人，玉蝶儿身为秦朝探子，但因深爱羽而不忍下手，反死于项梁手上。其后虞姬的出现，令邦，羽在情场上再争长短。终于羽赢得美人归，而邦一怒之下与吕雉成亲，更藉吕公势力，伺机再跟羽比拼。自此两人各据一方，形成楚汉相争的局面，引致血战连场……
