Synopsis
1947年，军统治特务组织密令特务汪化堂潜入解放区后方，亲率敌匪偷袭区政府暗杀区委书记和区长，血洗灭门全家。长期潜伏的蒋殿人与汪化堂收集刺探情报，进行策反暗杀爆炸。配合国民党军45万人对山东解放区的全面进攻。汪化堂外甥孙承祖秘密叛逃潜伏从事破坏活动，其妻王镯子与汪狼狈为奸，乘机策反继任区长张滔，孙承祖昌充战斗英雄强行非礼军属，妇救会长孙俊英借机煸动群众爆动，其夫江仲亭也以“逃兵”身份秘密回村，其身份神秘真假难辨；种种关系错综复杂。 军统特务组织加派人职业杀手老B做为汪的助手，进行疯狂的暗杀行动，老B伪装成青年军人制定“斩首行动”暗杀新任区长汪水山，又扮作孙俊英的姐姐潜回山河村，枪杀支部书记曹振德。 敌特猖獠，敌工部特工连续被杀，暗杀行动的步步升级，区长江水山智取孙承祖，巧施连环杀计，而隐藏最深的特务“老B”究竟是谁？敌人的反共破坏行动能否得逞？一系列扑朔迷离的事件让敌我双方的斗争陷入重重迷雾之中.......
