Synopsis
二十世纪四十年代中叶，中国历史上曾经有过一个极其短暂的特殊瞬间。 抗日战争胜利后，中国共产党和国民党在战争期间结成的抗日民族统一战线已不复存在。在美国的支持下，国民党军队大举进攻解放区，中国共产党领导下的军队和人民，坚决进行反对国民党军事进攻的自卫作战…… 面对中国全面内战即将爆发的严重局势，美国总统杜鲁门调整对华政策，派已经退休的前陆军参谋长马歇尔五星上将为总统特使，来华进行军事调停，成立了军事三人小组及其领导下的军事调处执行部。一时间，佩带蓝色三环标志的国，共，美三方人员活跃在各地，制止军事冲突，建立了和平民主。电视剧《蓝色三环》，反映了这一时期错综复杂的军事，政治和外交诸方面的尖锐斗争。
